Directions
By Ferry
Traveller have to take ferry from jetties in Kuala Terengganu. The ferry rides take about 40 minutes from Merang jetty and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Shahbandar jetty.
By Car
From Kuala Lumpur, take the east bound highway to Kuantan and headed to highway 3 in the direction to Kuala Terengganu (follow the signboard). Marang is about 30-45 minutes after Dungun.
If you come from Singapore, take the North-South Highway and exit at Yong Peng. Then, headed to Labis and Segamat and use highway 12 to Kuantan and use the coastal highway 3 to Marang in direction Kuala Terengganu.

By Bus
There are many coaches available to go to Kuala Terengganu from Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Bahru. The price of ticket from these terminal to Kuala Terengganu estimate around MYR50*.
If you want to travel by coach from Singapore, you can choose to go with Transnational bus at Singapore Lavender bus station to Kuala Terengganu with price SGD48*. Their time travelling might be longer and as an alternative, Konsortium bus is another choice operate at Singapore Golden Mile Complex directly to Merang/Shahbandar jetty.
By Air
Malaysia Airlines and Air Asia fly directly to Kuala Terengganu from Kuala Lumpur International Airport twice daily for about 45 minutes of journey. Meanwhile, Malindo Air and Firefly depart from Subang Airport. Then, you can take public transport to the jetty after arrive in Kuala Terengganu.
